## Step 3 — OpenCL Windows stub
|
||||
|
||||
The build server does not need a GPU or OpenCL runtime. Only a linker stub (`libOpenCL.a`) is required at compile time. The actual OpenCL runtime is provided by the user's OS/drivers at runtime.
